The webinar organized with the support of our colleagues from the enthusiasts’ community provided an excellent opportunity to share the values of the W Manifesto with colleagues in the UK. It also introduced the concept of the "mindset check," which encourages awareness of personal and colleagues' feelings on a given day.

Following this, participants engaged in a group activity to reflect on which W Manifesto values they already apply in their daily work lives and identify areas for improvement.
